A. CANCELLATION POLICY
INTRODUCTION
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day,
– on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single order;
– on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
– on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or items;
– on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the first item, provided that goods are delivered for regular delivery over a specified period of time within the scope of an order.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
You can also electronically complete and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration on our website https://brunathelabel.returnsportal.online/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation (e.g., by email).
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract.

This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.
EXCLUSION OR EARLY TERMINATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
– for the delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
– for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
RELATED/FINANCED TRANSACTIONS
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly true if we are also your lender or if your loan amount is
