Shopping

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.
Please note: During sale periods, delivery may take longer due to high order volume. In such cases, it can take up to 14–20 business days.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all details and a tracking number. You can use this to track your order and view the estimated delivery date. Alternatively, you can check your order status under the "My Account" section in the "Order Tracking" area.

During the checkout process, you will see the payment methods available to you depending on your order value and delivery address; some options may be subject to certain conditions.

Credit Card:

iDEAL:
Customers in the Netherlands can use iDEAL for secure and direct payment from their bank account. It’s the most widely used payment method in the Netherlands and offers fast, straightforward processing.

Riverty:
With Riverty, you can pay by invoice or in flexible installments. Riverty handles the entire payment process and offers a convenient and transparent financing solution tailored to your needs.

International Shipping Outside the EU

All orders are shipped from Germany. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply.

Switzerland: €19.95

All orders are shipped from Germany. Therefore, deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which must be borne by the customer. These charges are collected by the customs or tax authorities of the destination country and cannot be covered or refunded by us.
Import duties and taxes are imposed directly by the destination country and may vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing an order to obtain more information.
We do not cover or refund taxes, duties, or shipping costs incurred for packages that are refused or not collected.
For orders from countries outside the EU, the displayed prices are net, and the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes under the reverse charge mechanism.

With every purchase of gold jewelry, you will receive an invoice that includes all relevant information and serves as a certificate of authenticity. Our jewelry pieces are stamped with “585,” which guarantees the gold's purity (14 karat). Additionally, we are a certified Trusted Shops partner. This means your purchase is protected by Trusted Shops Buyer Protection, giving you confidence in the authenticity and quality of our products.

If a product you ordered is no longer in stock, we will notify you immediately via email. You will then have the option to wait for restocking, choose an alternative product, or cancel your order and receive a full refund. Exchange and Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

•⁠ ⁠If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
•⁠ ⁠An exchange is possible as long as the desired item is in stock.

•⁠ ⁠To reduce CO₂ emissions and waste, we do not offer free returns. Instead, we aim to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry from the start. Our goal is to promote mindful consumption and support you in making more sustainable choices. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you.
•⁠ ⁠For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you, while you are responsible for the return shipping of the original item.

•⁠ ⁠Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
•⁠ ⁠The refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. In most cases, the amount will be credited within 14 days. However, depending on the payment method used, processing may take up to 30 business days. Please note that we have no control over the duration of the refund process, as it is handled by your payment provider.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that during our company holiday, processing of refunds may take longer than usual.
•⁠ ⁠Shipping costs are not refunded. Likewise, we do not refund any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred on international orders.
•⁠ ⁠If a package is returned to us due to refusal of acceptance or failure to collect it, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You will only be refunded the value of the goods, excluding the original shipping costs.

Yes, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

•⁠ Custom-made products: Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on the consumer’s individual choices or clearly tailored to personal needs.

•⁠ Sealed goods for health or hygiene reasons: Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can correct the issue promptly. You can return the item free of charge, and we will either send you the correct item or refund the purchase price – whichever you prefer. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

Jewelry Care

Although all PARLA pieces are treated with a special technique to minimize loss of shine, it is still important to follow the recommended care instructions.
Over time, jewelry may lose its shine, especially when worn outdoors. This dullness or tarnishing is a natural process that can be reversed with proper cleaning.
We strongly recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or exercising. Exposure to certain chemicals or environments can affect the condition of your jewelry – including sweat, perfume, cleaning agents, chlorine, saltwater, and silver polish.

Mix a small amount of soap with lukewarm water and clean your jewelry using a soft toothbrush. This method is especially effective for reaching hard-to-clean areas. For stubborn dirt, repeat the process using clean water. A special gold polishing cloth is excellent for restoring the shine of tarnished jewelry, but it will not remove scratches or dents.

Always store your jewelry away from direct sunlight and heat – ideally in a padded jewelry box – and make sure to clasp all chains. This prevents scratches and keeps necklaces from tangling. Airtight plastic bags (made of polyethylene) are also a good storage option. However, avoid rubber containers, as they can accelerate tarnishing. Our warranty covers all material and workmanship defects in your jewelry and is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If your piece shows a defect during the warranty period due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer a free repair or a replacement item.Accordion Content

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, accidents, inadequate care, chemical exposure, or unauthorized repair attempts. Any size alterations, adjustments, or repairs not carried out by PARLA will also void the warranty.

For warranty or repair inquiries, please contact our customer service team. Have your proof of purchase ready and, if possible, send us photos of the damaged item so we can assess its condition. We will then inform you of the next steps and, if applicable, provide an estimate for the repair costs.
